What does this mean? Well, we do not guarantee to get anyone the job of their dreams, or indeed to take away all of a businesses’ people problems. But we do guarantee a level of overall satisfaction with what we do.

Our services are all about thinking differently and giving straight and helpful advice, which is based upon a detailed and thorough understanding of your needs, and your unique skills, interests and personality.

Our focus is on generating advice that will help you get results. Results can mean different things to different people. It can mean confidence with a new direction or even confidence with the same direction. It can be a greater level of self-knowledge, or knowledge about the people you employ. It could be reduced absenteeism through lower stress, or it could be increased profits through better performance. Because there are so many different definitions of satisfaction, we let our clients define what they are looking for in the pre-consultation questionnaire.

If anyone was not satisfied with the service for whatever reason, we would invite them for a second consultation with a different Consultant who may be able to bring a new perspective to the table. If, based upon reasonable expectations, a client then remained unsatisfied - they would be entitled to a full refund.

We believe in and are passionate about what we do, so much so that if we did not give you an experience that satisfied you, we believe that we would not deserve to keep your money.
